President and Chief Operating Officer
FRANCISCO "KIKO" PEREZ
Kiko started his exposure in the data services industry when he joined Saztec (now SPI Technologies) in 1988. He rose from the ranks and eventually assigned responsibilities in production and project management.
He was instrumental as Production and Projects Manager in the set-up and operations of Saint Dominique Comdata - a Philippine-based data service supplier for major industry players in the Philippines and Australia.
Kiko has gained expertise in managing projects of varying scope and requirements. Such projects include file structuring using different mark-up languages (XML, SGML, HTML), data analysis projects, transcription, and IT staffing requirements.
Kiko pursued Mechanical Engineering in college.

Senior Consultant for Information Technology
ARIEL DECENA
Ariel was the Systems Operations Manager of a subsidiary of ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, the leading broadcast network in the Philippines.
Prior to joining ABS-CBN, Ariel worked in various capacities as an IT professional - from Programmer, Systems Analyst, and Project Manager for top-notch IT companies.
He also worked with Saztec (SPI Technologies) doing production and project management for major clients both in the US and the UK.
Ariel was granted higher IT studies by the Saztec Technology Centre where he obtained his International Diploma in Computer Studies passing with Distinction in 1992 from the National Computer Centre of the UK.

Human Resources and Admin Manager
BETTE BUOT
Prior to joining MAXIMUM DATA, Bette was Project Logistics Manager of SPI Content Sciences, responsible for providing support in the aspects of resource planning, scheduling, supplier relations and strategies.
Bette also held major management functions in Human Resource and Administration for Multipure Philippines, Branch Operations Manager for Barclay, and Purchasing Manager for a food company.
Bette is an Industrial Engineer and finished her Leadership and Management Development Program from the Ateneo De Manila University.
